Easter - Round 1

Josh's family had their Easter dinner this past Sunday afternoon.
The food was yummy & the kids had a blast!

The egg-hunters:

Isaiah had a great time!

He saw everyone putting candy in the eggs in the house.
So as soon as he saw an egg outside he wanted to open it & get the candy.

Daddy & baby-boy:

Aiden & Josh's sister, Lindsey:

We bought Isaiah this riding toy last week.  He loves it, although he is not a very good driver....yet.

Pictured: Jazlin & Eli (Lindsey's kiddos) & Isaiah

Eli with his momma's hat - look at his ears!  ;)

Isaiah said, "Sun!"  ;)  His hat was inside.

Jazlin was a crazy driver!

Wait for me!!!    -    Isaiah chased them all over the place wanting to ride. Poor thing!

Miss Amelia!  Josh's cousin's daughter.  Tonya - she is beautiful!

Comparing their loot.  I think Aiden only had 2 eggs...

Amelia was fascinated by Aiden.

"Come here...I just want to give you a kiss."

Uh oh...

I went into my office to put one of my cards from my camera into my card reader to start downloading pictures. I was not gone more than 30 seconds & when I turned around went out of my office & into the hall....well, this is what I found. Isaiah had opened the loaf of bread, given a piece to his brother & helped himself to one, too! How sweet - at least he shared!  As I took away Aiden's piece I told Isaiah that Aiden was a little too small for a big piece of bread. He just said, "no, boo boo!"  ;)

Best Friends

These two are starting to play really well together. Isaiah loves his "Bo-Bo" (not to be mistaken for "Boo-Boo")!!  Aiden doesn't want to miss anything & follows his brother around EVERYWHERE now that he is on the move.
He is my speed crawler!  ;)  I LOVE MY BOYS!

More Happy Birthday!

On my birthday a couple of weeks ago, some friends of ours volunteered to watch
the boys at their house while we went out to dinner. When we got home we found this....

There was no note or anything...I didn't post anything on here or facebook hoping someone
would "fess up" or "slip up" and tell me who did it. So no one made any mistakes or gave it away.
So this is my way of saying thank you to whomever surprised me & made my day light up for a couple of days...til Josh made me take it down!  ;)  THANK YOU!!!

This was my yummy birthday treat:

Turtle Races

"Diablo" is Owensboro High School's Winter Drumline. Josh helps teach & instruct this group. They were having a Saturday practice, and Josh called me and said they were going to have lunch there at the high school, and that after they ate they were going to have some "Turtle Races" and that I should bring the boys to watch. So we packed up & headed over to OHS.  Here are some pictures!  Too fun! Thank you Alan & Susan King for sharing your turtles for the big race!
