Going Home

Although this picture was taken last Thursday, it is still worth posting! Aiden is SOOO small in comparison to Isaiah. Just look how tiny he looks in this infant car seat! We are so blessed to have our newest little man in our life.

Meet Aiden...

Aiden is here!

Born Monday @ 6:31 pm on July 26th, Aiden Ezra Stone joined our family! He weighed 6 lbs even and was 19 inches long. I had to have a c-section...but we are both very healthy. Josh and I are very blessed to have 2 perfect & healthy boys! Praise God for his many, many blessings!

Aiden...

We have decided on a name for our second little boy that is trying to come too early! "AIDEN" is trying to copy his big brother & come early. BUT - we are working very hard to prevent him from coming way too early. He is due Aug. 13th...and we thought we were going to have him last Friday, which would have been 8 weeks early. The doctor was able to stop the contractions & put me on partial bedrest. Hopefully, he won't be here until the middle of July...which would be 36 weeks & would make all the doctors much happier, us too. I am supposed to do only what I must...and recline or lay down as much as possible. I have cabin fever & feel a little overwhelmed with what needs to be done. I am taking it easy & trying to be "good". Josh, Matt & my dad (who is in town) - have been helping me keep track of Isaiah & his needs & anything I need done. They are working on refinishing the basement....so my house is kinda messy which means it needs to be cleaned...one more thing I am not supposed to do though! =o)

Summer Fun

Isaiah really LOVES playing outside. Here are some pictures from a couple of weeks ago of Isaiah spending some time with his cousin Jayde.

No the horses name is not Lilly! Isaiah thinks that every animal is "Lilly" because that is our cat's name. He LOVES animals...which is awesome b/c so often little kids are so scared of the BIG animals.

Bear

While driving the Gatlinburg bypass we passed a large group of cars pulled over to the side of the road & knew there must be a bear nearby. Sure enough....to the right side of the road on the mountain side was a mamma bear & her cub. If we had had the time we would have stopped, btu we were on our way to meet some friends for dinner. But luckily the camera focused in just the right spot as we drove by at 20-25 mph. That is the momma, the cub is there somewhere behind the trees.

Spring is in the air....

These were taken in the middle of March. It was one of those warm days that made spring seem so close! Isaiah had a blast. He really loves the outdoors. I am really far behind on posting pictures of my little man. But - I am working to get caught up. Enjoy!
